How do I get started?
1) Sign up for an account. You may browse our site to view upcoming exercise classes, and read the Instructor profiles but in order to participate in a class, you will need to sign up for an account on our Home page. New users are given ten free interACTIVE class credits, which means you can try our service free of charge.
2) Test your computer. Chances are your system settings will not need to be adjusted, but the best way to ensure that your InterACTIVE class is trouble free is to test your set-up in an actual Physiic classroom by using the Physiic Lobby. No download is required.
What is the basic procedure for taking an interACTIVE class?
1) Log-in to your account.
2) Check your credit balance, and purchase credits if necessary.
3) Select a class that you would like to take, and click “purchase” to reserve your spot.
4) On the appropriate day, at the appropriate time, log-in to your account on Physiic.com, and click on the “My Classes” button.
5) Next to the upcoming class, click on the “Join” button to begin.
6) You’re live!

Once I have purchased a class, how do I enter the classroom?
Log-in to your account, and go to "My Classes" in the User Menu. Under the Status column, on the far right, it will say "Open" or "Join." If the status is Open, wait a few minutes and Click "My Classes" again to refresh your page. Once your Instructor arrives, the status will change to Join, and you will be able to click the word "Join" to enter the classroom.
How do I find upcoming classes?
Users can browse, sort, filter, or search for InterACTIVE classes. Click on Class Schedule in the top menu, and begin browsing. Use the drop down menus to narrow your choices. Watch How-To Video 1 for more details.
What are Physiic Credits, and how do I buy them?
You will use Physiic Credits to purchase the classes you want to take. 1 credit = $1. You can purchase additional Physiic Credits by clicking on the Buy Credits link in the top menu.

In order for Instructors to see you and provide proper feedback, Users must ensure that their webcams are angled correctly. If possible, place your webcam straight in front of the area where you will be working out, and try to raise the webcam off of the floor as far as possible. Lastly, point your camera towards the floor. Ideally you'll be able to be seen sitting and standing in the same spot. Feel free to test your set-up in the Physiic Lobby.
I want to view my computer screen on my television, is this possible?
Yes. Based on the type of computer you have and the type of television you want to connect to, you will need to purchase 1 or 2 cables/adapters. Please view the following article, and contact Physiic Customer Support for further assistance. How to Connect your Computer to your TV.
