Yes! Click here to enter the Physiic Lobby. You'll be prompted to enter your name, then hit "connect". While you're there take a look at how your image appears on the screen, and make any necessary adjustments to your camera or room set-up. Be sure to watch our How-To Videos to learn about the various features inside the interACTIVE classroom.

Can I purchase equipment through Physiic?

Yes. We have put together a list of our recommended webcams, and various other devices, available for purchase in the Physiic Store. If you need any help determining the right equipment for you, feel free to contact Physiic Customer Support.

Why is it bad to use a wireless connection?

A wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet connection may be disrupted by common household appliances or other electronic devices. The best way to stay connected and keep in sync with your instructor is to use a wired Internet connection. If you do not have an ethernet connection in the same room as your workout area, consider purchasing a long ethernet cable extension, available through the Physiic Store.

What if I lose my connection during a workout?

If your video window appears to be frozen or you are abruptly disconnected from an interACTIVE classroom, try closing your web browser, and opening it back up again. Go to Physiic.com, and log-in to your account. Next, click on My Classes, and enter your class the same way you did the first time you logged-in. The "Join" link will still be available, as long as your class remains in session.

What are the minimum system requirements for using Physiic?

Most computers newer than 5 years old will easily meet the requirements of our software. If you own an older computer, check that you meet or exceed the specifications below. At any time you may test your current set-up in the Physiic Lobby.

• 512 MB of RAM
• 1.2 GHz processor (Any operating system, Windows/Mac/Linux)
• Speakers or headphones
• High-speed Internet connection
• Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, etc.) with Flash Player 9 plug-in

It is also recommended that you have a webcam and microphone.
